I would pick the pan seared salmon…………I have been by myself for 20 years and I feel I would want to spoil myself! Just because I’m alone doesn’t mean I shouldn’t have the best! Mmmmm maybe I will make that for my dinner! And since I love sweets your dessert would be the perfect ending to the meal!

The petit fours are so pretty! I’d want the lamb; I can never seem to cook it right myself so it is a go-to of mine when I’m out to eat!

Thanks for visiting my page Judith & Corina! I would choose a vegetarian dish!! And I absolutely love petit fours, would love to try these!

Also, I’, very new to wines. I don’t drink much, other that a glass of zinfandel or sometimes port. Do let me know what you would pair with the Paneer Makhani curry. I would love to know that!

What a generous giveaway! My mouth is watering just thinking about the Pan Seared Salmon. That sounds amazing. Although being a foodie I’d love to try them all!

The salmon of course. My hubby would want the chicken. We would both like a nice bottle of red wine to help celebrate valentine’s day plus my birthday!!!!!!!

  9. says: Gloria Chapa

I would choose the Salmon dish for my dinner! In fact, if you’ll provide the date, I’ll show up!

I would choose the pan seared Salmon in puff pastry with Beurre Blanc for our Valentine’s dinner. Sounds lovely!

  11. says: Eli

Pan seared Salmon would be my choice. I enjoy it a lot and I actually like it with Gainey Limited Chardonnay.

  12. says: Al Gibson

I would choose the Lamb. I’ve only had lamb once, and I really enjoyed it. However, I will be away on travel for Valentine’s Day this year and I don’t think the airline menu will have any of those choices on it. I’ll probably be having a quarter can of coke and a pack of nuts.

  14. says: Leslie

Anything seafood is what I love! Pan seared Salmon with Beurre Blanc sounds really delicious. I could have that today!

What would I choose from the menu? Good question. Valentine is all about love and the people you love. So for me I would choose 1) Seared salmon in puffpaste. However, it’s a day to give a lovely gift for your loved one, in this case my husband, daughter, and son. And for them I would choose 2) Lamb shank with garlic whipped potatoes. Love is about making people you love happy!

  16. says: Peter JohnP

I would take the Lamb Shank in Zinfandel sauce with garlic whipped potatoes since garlic mashed potatoes are a favorite.

  17. says: Shalz

I would choose the delicious chicken dish. What’s better than feeding your lived one succulent chicken and yards or creamy dreamy pasta with your fingers? That says love!

  18. says: Jamie Herbison

First I would ask my wife what she would like! My guess is she’d pick the Salmon, although I’m not sure what puffed paste is. I’m headed for the lamb. Perhaps a nice hearty Pinot for both of us.
    Happy Valentines Day!
