The possibities are endless! Brownies, Mac n cheese, potatoes, roasted chicken! This would be an amazing win!!!!!

  2. What wouldn’t I make in these is the better question! LOTS AND LOTS of roasted vegetables with balsamic vinegar, marsala wine and herbs would probably go in there the most. And turkey enchilladas mmm mmm good!

In the large one I’d make my special Italian seasoned cornish game hens with fresh Farmer’s Market vegtables served with Pinot Noir wine from Fiddlehead Cellars. In the small one my molten dark chocolate cake for desert served with a dollop of fresh whipped cream on top and some Late Harvest Zinfandel.

I’d love to make a meatloaf in the smaller baker… I have an awesome recipe that uses apple cider vinegar, and it’s sooo good!

In the smaller one I would make a potato gratin that I made long ago I think from Gourmet magazine but not sure. you make a cream & onion with potato gratin but put blanched pearl onions on top which make really gorgeous little dairy queen shapes on top when finished. have not done this in a new convection oven but I bet it is even more attractive in convection oven.

  15. says: Patricia MacKellar Smith

I would make my seafood Alfredo lasagna , with home made garlic bread &’wine, of course ….

In the largeer one I would make a lasagne recipe from Savuer which is a meat/ marinara sauce but with a variation that I have yet to do. along with the usual ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan the Saveur also adds some / about equal to 1/2 of the total cheese. they add Bechamel sauce to a red sauce lasagna…..has to be decadent.

  19. I would make various casseroles and especially the lobster macaroni bake. These babies would be well-loved, because I’d prepare everything in advance and pop into the oven right after work, so I could spend more time doing what I love–spending time with my kiddo and hubby. Oh, what a grand dream! Hope you ladies are well!

I have been lusting after le creuset for ages. Some crisp cobbler would bake well in this. Especially peach cobbler. Oh and an all time favorite: baked risotto!
