Creamy Mashed Potatoes
  • 2 Lb Potatoes – peeled and cut into small cubes
  • Sea Salt
  • ½ cup Milk 2%
  • ½ cup Half & Half
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • Freshly ground Black Pepper
  1. Cook the potato cubes in generously salted water for 20 minutes or until potatoes become tender. Just poke with a fork and if the fork comes out easily then the potatoes are done.
  2. Turn off heat and with a potato masher mash the potatoes.
  3. Add the milk and butter and continue to punch down until potatoes become creamy.
  4. Add freshly ground black pepper and more salt if needed.
